If you are using a Mac Operating System then Sketch App is the best option to work with while working for a UI Design. Sketch App is similar to Adobe XD and Invision but not works on windows platforms.
7. Adobe Colour CC
Adobe Color is a tool to find which colors are used in an image. Adobe Color is also used to identify color schemes, values and to work with a color wheel to identify which colors to be used in a design.
